Can JAI change a tire anywhere in Saudi Arabia?
We cover all major cities and highways across the Kingdom. Our technicians are equipped to perform tire changes safely even on busy highways or desert roads.
What if I don't have a spare tire?
If you don't have a usable spare, our technician can arrange emergency tire sourcing or tow your vehicle to the nearest tire shop. Contact us and we'll advise on the best option.
How long does a roadside tire change take?
A standard tire change takes 15–20 minutes once our technician arrives. We also check and adjust the pressure on all four tires before you leave.
Can you change run-flat tires?
Yes, our technicians are trained to handle run-flat tires. Note that run-flat tires generally cannot be re-used after a puncture and will likely require replacement.
What should I do while waiting for JAI to arrive?
Move your vehicle to a safe location if possible, turn on hazard lights, place a warning triangle behind the car if you have one, and wait away from the road. Do not attempt a self-change on a live highway.
Is tire change covered in my JAI membership?
Yes — tire change (×6 per year) is included in all JAI membership plans at no extra cost.
