What type of fuel does JAI deliver?
JAI carries both petrol (91 and 95 octane) and diesel. When you call, specify your vehicle's fuel type so we bring the correct one.
How much fuel is delivered per call-out?
We deliver enough fuel to safely reach the nearest petrol station — typically 5–10 litres depending on your vehicle. Our goal is to get you moving again, not to fill your tank.
What if I ran out of fuel on a highway?
Stay safely off the road, turn on hazard lights, and contact JAI. We're experienced with highway fuel delivery and will reach you safely and quickly.
Is there an additional charge for the fuel itself?
The call-out service is covered by your membership. The cost of fuel consumed is typically covered up to the standard quantity — confirm with our team when you call.
How do I know what fuel my car takes?
Check the label inside your fuel cap, the owner's manual, or the instrument cluster. If unsure, contact us and our team can help identify the correct fuel type.
