Flat tire repair is covered under the tire change service in all JAI membership plans (×6 per year). Repair materials for repairable punctures are included. Tyre replacement, if needed, is charged separately.

Can all flat tires be repaired on the spot?
Not all punctures are repairable. Small punctures in the tread area can usually be patched. Sidewall damage, large tears, or impact damage typically require tyre replacement. Our technician will assess and advise honestly.
How is a flat tyre repaired on the roadside?
For repairable punctures, our technician removes the tyre, buffs and prepares the puncture area, applies a professional patch from the inside, re-mounts, re-inflates, and tests for leakage.
What if my flat tyre can't be repaired?
If on-site repair isn't possible, we'll fit your spare tyre instead. If you don't have a usable spare, we can arrange towing to the nearest tyre shop.
Are run-flat tyres repairable?
Run-flat tyres that have been driven on while flat are generally not repairable and must be replaced. Our technician will assess and advise on the safest course of action.
How long does a roadside tyre repair take?
A simple puncture repair takes 20–30 minutes once our technician arrives. This includes tyre removal, patching, re-mounting, inflation, and a leak test.
Is flat tyre repair the same as tyre change in my membership?
Yes — flat tyre repair is covered under the tyre change service in all JAI membership plans (×6 per year). If a repair is not possible, we change to your spare as part of the same call-out.
